Refund policy
For your convenience, we have outlined our Returns Policy below, which applies to all return and exchange requests. Before proceeding, kindly review these terms. We recommend inspecting your received products thoroughly upon delivery, while keeping attached tags intact and original packaging intact. Only items in their original sale condition will be eligible for return or exchange; items displaying wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not qualify.
Please note that clearance items can be exchanged for store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Sharkies Pty Ltd allows domestic and international exchanges within 30 days from your order placement. This process is facilitated through our dedicated returns portal.
Online Exchanges
To initiate an online exchange, kindly visit our Returns Portal. Follow the provided prompts to initiate the return of your items. When sending items back, please include the following details to enable the warehouse team to process your exchange:
- Name
- Order Number
- Exchange Instructions
Once our warehouse receives the returned items, our team will promptly process the exchange.
Returns for Refund
Within 30 days of order placement, Sharkies Pty Ltd accepts domestic and international returns for refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, facilitated through our returns portal.
Online Returns
To initiate an online return for refund or exchange, visit our Returns Portal and follow the provided steps. When returning items, ensure the following details are included to facilitate processing by the warehouse team:
- Name
- Order Number
Once the warehouse receives the returned items, the refund will be processed promptly.
Returns for Damaged Items
In the event of damaged items upon delivery, please inform us immediately by contacting customercare@sharkies.com. Damaged item returns must be reported within one working day of receiving the order. We will respond within 24 hours to discuss the return options.
Once confirmed, we will provide a returns label via email for returning the damaged items. Once received, we will inspect the items and subsequently dispatch a replacement for the damaged items.
