Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders in Australia and DHL Express for international orders. Our dispatch hub is located in Perth, Western Australia, and we make every effort to send out orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Upon processing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order along with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes outside of Australia.

Import Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that your deliveries might be subject to local import fees or taxes. Your local customs office will calculate these charges according to your country's policies. The customer bears sole responsibility for any additional costs. Such expenses will be invoiced through the courier service, and the order can only be released upon payment.

In cases of refused delivery, the original and return shipping expenses will be charged to the customer and deducted from any potential refund.

Take note that your country may enforce a minimum threshold for imported goods. If you're placing a larger order, we recommend verifying these prerequisites with your local customs office.
